Cherry Crunch (as seen on Biggest Loser!)
This healthy little snack was first brought to light on the television program The Biggest Loser. It's a delicious alternative to ice cream, or another post-meal indulgence, that won't leave you feeling guilty at the end of the day!
The recipe, as follows, is specific to the ingredients found on the show, but can easily be substituted for any frozen fruit of your choice.

What you'll need
Ingredients:
1 cup frozen, or fresh, sweet cherries (pitted) [feel free to substitute here! I also used strawberries and blackberries]
3/4 cup fat-free Greek style yogurt [You can find this at most retailers]
2 teaspoons (2 packs) Truvia, or any type of 0 calorie NATURAL sweetener [not sure what this is? Click the Amazon.com link, here]
1/2 cup Kashi Go-Lean Crunch cereal
Create it!
Heat frozen cherries (or substitution fruit) in microwave-safe container for about thirty seconds.
Combine the yogurt and sweetener.
In a parfait glass, layer the yogurt and cherries (yogurt, cherries, yogurt, cherries) and top with crunched cereal.
